Printer resolution and image resolution are extremely import to the final output sharpening stage. Otherwise one can not know the relationships of the pixel density and therefore can not sharpen to achive an optimal sharpening for output. Hi,
When using my photokit sharpening plugin, I usually do capture sharpening first, followed by levels, etc and I complete the workflow with 'output sharpening'  using the same sharpening tool.
My question concerns the dpi setting. The output sharpening tool asks me at what dpi setting I want the output to be. Apperently this is relevant for sharpening settings. But how important is this.
Normal output from my raw files is 240 dpi, but I print at 25%, 50%, 110%  and at all other percentages. Should I allways first set image size and then print at 100%?
I'm not complaining about my printing results, but any improvement is wellcome.

I use the photokit plugin and haven't really noticed too much difference between adjacent ppi settings (i.e., 300 vs. 240 or 240 vs. 180).  I HAVE noticed a big difference between matte and glossy settings.  Apparently, matte paper can "take" more sharpening than glossy.
