All to often it seems these forums are populated by complaints and criticism (seems to be the natural trend of us humans). INSTEAD I would like to report a very POSITIVE experience. I recently had a problem with one of my digital backs (H4D-50). I emailed Hasselblad ... had an immediate reply, an apology from a representative that I had a problem (imagine that in this day of robotic responses), an almost immediate replacement and a follow-up phone call from John Connolly at Hasselblad. That's what I call service ..... certainly makes for happy customers!
