hello, I want to increase the size of my canon files for large prints. in CS5 the camera raw lets you expand the file size when you create your tiffs, can you do this in V6?

Yes (I'm using the pro version with Windows). Caveat: I've used this for down-rezzing but not up-rezzing.
Click on the "output" tab. Under process recipe you see the "basic" tab and look for "scale". BY default it is set for 100% but you can type any numerical value up to 250% (at 300 pixels/inch). Or you can experiment with the different "scale" settings to see what suits you.
