Since nobody has replied your request, I'd try ebay or KEH. Though the price may not be too much lower than brand new so why not go for new.

The earthquake and tsunami in Japan has caused serious problems at the Nikon factory that makes D3S, D3X and D700 so a new one might be hard to find.  Also prices have risne substantially as a result of the supply shortages.

You can however get a used one here from this very good dealer in the UK:

Thanks for the replies.  I ended up buying new today.  Not much savings in used anyway.
