When I was in Costa Rica 6 years ago I witnessed something that was incredible to me. Hidden away along a shady rainforest stream was a place where several species of hummingbirds were coming in each day to bath. What a sight to behold!

At that time I didn't have the photographic equipment or skill to be able to capture what I was seeing through my binoculars. But ever since then I had dreamed about the day when I would return and try to capture this incredible spectacle in an image. I finally got my chance last month and was absolutely thrilled to be able to get some images that I am really proud of. If you can dream it...you can do it!

Seen a lot of hummingbird pictures, but never anything like that.  A truly amazing shot.  Congratulations.  Without doubt a lot of work and planning.

Glenn, when I was at the cloud forest in Costa Rica I saw literally hundreds of hummers, but never anything like you captured. Congratulations on a  superlative shot!
