Breathing Color Lyve Epson 7890 profile bad?

I downloaded the Breathing Color Lyve profile for the Epson 7890 and printed two test images separated with a white bar this morning and to my surprise the white bar between the images printed in a light gray compared to the white of the canvas. Puzzled, I created a new ProPhoto document in Photoshop and filled it with white and then did a Perceptual Convert to Profile to the Lyve profile. The color picker now shows the RGB values as 218, 215, 218 instead of the 255, 255, 255 I was expecting. If I repeat the same process with their 9900 profile (or any other profile I've worked with in the past), I end up with the expected 255, 255, 255 values.
Am I missing something or is their profile bad?
