Photo editing app for iPad that will fix keystoning?

Is there a photo editing app for the iPad that allows one to fix keystoning by stretching the top of the image (sort of like the way the perspective crop tool works in Photoshop).  The one's I've seen allow cropping and rotating, but nothing more.

To answer my own post, it looks like Crop Smart will do it -- all it does is perspective control with a free-dragging frame, very similar to the PS perspective crop tool if I remember it right.  2 bucks.
