All movies are playing fine in VLC Player except that Chapter 15 shows up as C2PS_ 12-Colour Management: Printing a Profile Target in CS5 in the media player playlist. Is there a way to rename it to C2PS_15?

Wooops! My bad - sorry about that.

It is simple to change in QuickTime Pro: (Command-J / Show Movie Properties; and then edit & Save the Title attribute. BTW, Make sure the play head is parked at the very beginning of the movie). However I am uncertain how to do that edit in any other program or under Windows.

I will replace the file within 24 hours.

Hi Chris,

amy information when the next parts will be available ? I can't wait to see how the story ends. Will Jeff have enough shirts for the whole story ? Will Michael wear a second pullover ? It is all so exciting !

Best wishes

It will be two or three weeks until the next instalment. I am away this week shooting in the Palouse but back to the edit next week.

There is much more to come on Colour Management and then lots and lots more after that. Honestly, I would say the full edit will take me through November!

Your timing is exquisite! Yes, I am uploading more files on Colour Management as I write this and they should appear in your product download page sometime in the next 36 hours. I will post when final in the locked pinned thread above.

Thanks for your good words - and surely for the new parts of the show.

They all run great on both Windows 7 64bit and my LaCie LaCienma HD with a connected 42" TV set.
Especially Jeff's shirts look very great on that TV set !

Best wishes

Ahh yes - Jeff's sartorial splendour deserves no less!

And talking of which, there is an unofficial, prize yet-to-be-decided competition to correctly identify the number of shirts that Jeff wears throughout the tutorial.

And we are only about 40% of the way through the videos to date, so hold your fire.

The prize should be that ultra cool Robby the Robot toy!

On the C2PS_03-iamge quality: Basics & Megapixels, Michael is using a Iphone as a display monitor for his medium format camera. I am intrigue - Michael can you provide me info on the 3rd party offering this apps/solution.

It's simply a viewfinder App (Viewfinder Pro) which lets the iPhone serve as a sort of electronic viewfinder matching the focal length of the lens used. There's no data connection to the back.

Hello,

does than mean that the camera talks to your Apple book and and the Applebook  talks to your iPhone ?

Best wishes

No, nothing talks to anything. It's just a means of framing the shot if your not using a back with Live View.
