Photoshop would be a good choice. The only thing it won't do is lay out the days/weeks for you.

I'm interested in producing a calendar of my celestial photography and upcoming sky events for sale at art shows, local shops, etc.   Does anyone know of software that can do this?   I'd like to find something flexible enough that I can customize virtually everything, including adding text along with some of the dates.
