A Photoshop Feature? Saving custom color proof dialogues

Well, I finally decided to post this, hoping either that I am missing something, or that there is a quick workaround.  I have been testing a large number of papers on my Epson 4900, after installing beaucoup profiles from the paper manufacturers.  The biggest inconvenience in doing this is that I want to make a custom colorproofing setting for each paper in CS5.  The problem is that after saving the test picture to its folder with the layer group that adjusts the softproof, when I open the custom softproof dialogue and scroll around for the next profile to use, when I go to save it, CS5 takes me to the folder where I saved the picture file.

I then have to browse and drill down through C:\Users\Myname\Appdata\Roam\Adobe\Color\Proofing to save the custom proofing setup.  After a bunch of papers, this gets really, really tiresome.  Is there any way to make the proofing folder "sticky," so that I don't have to go through this process every time?  If not, and if Eric is lurking, please tell Adobe to address this.

Seems like an OS issue, not an Adobe issue if I understand you.

There may be some utility that can assist you. On the Mac, Default Folder X will allow one to automatically navigate to a specific folder per app. Or you can place the folder on the sidebar which always shows up in Open/Save dialogs. Not sure about Windows.
