A well done portrait. And I like the B&W tonal values. He looks weathered enough to be a commercial fisherman.

I do like this photograph, perhaps because I like Woz and what he's done for us, but also because it's forthright and commanding. I also enjoy the colour treatment. That being said, I would like to see some values above Zone VI. Surely there are some highlights in his hair/beard or reflections from teeth that should be, perhaps at Zone VII or VIII. Increasing the "Highlights" in, for e.g. Lightroom's Tone Curve, might just add that bit of sparkle that is so much a part of Woz's personality.
