Ahhhrgg,

I just saw all my pictures of today are dated in 2013 (about 345). I must have set it wrong. Does anyone know a way to change the embedded date in a series of NEF's? (old fashioned D50)

Depends on the software you have.  In Lightroom you can edit the Capture time in the Metadata; don't know about Aperture or other programs.
