Profiles are paper specific (really printer + ink + paper) as every paper has different characteristics (like whiteness, ink load - how ink can this paper actually hold -, etc.) so there is no over arching generic printer profile. If you are using Epson inks and papers Epson should have their own proofiels for your printer model + ink + paper characteristics. Once you step away from Epson papers you are on your own and will need a custom profile. Some on line retailers have made printer model + non-Epson paper profiles which are quite good. Try
