john.... threw me for a loop for sure... turns out the matte channel in my new 4900 needed 2 power clean cycles - it was 'blank' on tests...
this printer was a new - no box - deal i sort of walked into last week... no warranty 500.00 all inks in sealed bags - all parts -
and now - everything - seems to be working - i will try your profile in AM... took most of the afternoon to figure this out...
