This week I am profiling Minneapolis-based landscape photographer C. K. Sandberg. Chris is a prolific and accomplished shooter having traveled to 29 states and 6 countries to make his compelling images.

I am hate to say it but the image is quite unsharp. It is very important for an image like this where you have movement that anything that's stationary is pin sharp. Both the rocks and short grass (which should not be affected by wind in case there was wind) are soft.
I don't really like how there is a large block of white with very little definition or form taking up such a large part of the image. Some rocks partially covered by the flowing water would create some interesting form. Also there is nothing really that interesting in the green areas.

Oh! You're talking about the "1000 Springs" image attached to the post!

(Attached images are only shown to the Loggedin.)

I thought you were talking about one of the dozen "C.K. Sandberg, Landscape Photographer" images on the blog.

That was my fault Enda,  the 1000 Springs image was one I did not choose for the blog posting. I've replaced it with a sharper black and white image. While your point is well taken, you might want to go to the posting where there are a dozen other fine images.
