I'd like to search my images through keywords and have the Capture One Adjustments visible.

Capture One itself can't do keywording.

There's Media Pro 1.1, but from what I heard it's a useless software, crashing all the time.

How is Expression Media 2? I own a copy, but never used it. Does it show Capture One adjustments? Can you open RAW files with those adjustments in Photoshop?

Capture One is my RAW processor of choice - love the way it processes files.

Bridge doesn't, of course, show me the C1 adjustments, and its interface for keywords is awkward (still on CS5).

At least give MediaPro a try. It shows C1 adjustments and can open files into Photoshop.
