It's a Leica DISTO-D5 laser rangefinder.

Interesting a Leica range finder, also interesting to see that Leica keeps their pricing differential compared to other brands of laser rangefinders. I guess their pricing scenario applies to everything they make. I am sure it is very high quality but at a much higher price than competitors.
