If there was an announcement of this phone from Nokia prior to today's mention on dpreview.

http://www.nokia.com/global/products/pureview/

What I find interesting is this statement on Nokia's website:

"It’s time to think differently about photography. Nokia PureView imaging technology turns the world of photography upside down. It takes every bit of image goodness captured by a 41MP sensor and Carl Zeiss lens and turns it into beautifully detailed 5MP images and Full HD videos. Be ready to shoot and share with friends in an instant – all from a rather clever smartphone."

Finally!  A small imaging device, ideal for shooting sleeping bats.

Oh yes! All the pro photographers, from studios to stadiums, are selling their DSLR / MFDB cameras and buying Nokia phones now...

Funny, four of us were talking about Nokia's slip from supremacy at dinner tonight - perhaps this will revive them - or not.
