to clarify the bellows is a rollei. there is also a heliopan UV filter (unused) that goes with it. and yes we will ship worldwide.

This is a pretty good deal.  The lens itself often trades over $2k, the bellows over $350, and the extension tube and compendium each about $200 or higher. 
I have all these items already otherwise would go for it.  Someone should jump on this!
