I started putting down some of my initial observations on the re released 25mm pentax lens for anyone who might find them useful. More sample images and more content coming soon when I can get around to it in the evenings.

Internal filter is a very nice feature. In particular this would make it possible to use coating bases IR/UV cut filters
that cannot be used in front of wide angles.

Nope, I only have this version of the lens and can't get the previous version in Canada anymore.
