From RPP to CS6

Waiting for the release by Adobe of a better raw support for the Fuji X1-Pro I'm using the excellent RPP-64 to develop the raw files, then export into CS6 and finally into LR4.1.
RPP does not offer Pro Photo RGB as an option when exporting TIFF files, so I have to choose between Beta RGB 16 bit, Beta RGB L 16 bit, or untagged raw RGB 16 bit (other options are available).
My question is which is the best option in view of further editing in CS6 and which working space I have to choose in CS6 ?
And which would be the best option in case of a direct import into LR4.1 ?

Thanks, and then, since there is profile mismatch with my default working space (Pro Photo RGB) tell CS6 to preserve the embedded profile (Beta RGB in this case). Is this correct?

Correct. If this gets really annoying you can change the preferred working space to BetaRGB or turn off the Mismatch warning. As long as you have PRESERVE on, well Photoshop preserves the color space which is what you want.
