The Leaf Credo brochure says "Medium / Large format camera adapters enables the use of Leaf Credo backs on different camera models."

Does this mean that users can buy a Credo back for one manufacturer's camera body and adapters to suit other manufacturer's bodies and that users can fit the adapters themselves?

By contrast with previous Leaf backs, each back is designed for one manufacturer's camera body and it is prohibitively expensive, and a return to factory job, to change the back's mount to suit another manufacturer's body.

It would be great to know whether users can change Credo backs to suit different manufacturer's bodies.

I think they are referring to the adapters for putting for example a Mamiya/Phase mount back on the Mamiya RZ 67 with the Mamiya adapter and other adapters for large format cameras.

kapture Group makes some interesting adapters for large format and also for the Fuji gx680.

Hi Roger, the Credo utilises a concept similar to the Aptus; It is made in 4 different mounts: Mamiya 645AFD, Hasselblad V, Hasselblad H and Contax 645. We make RZ adapters for 3 of those and 4x5 Graflok adapters for all 4 of them.

There are 3rd party adapters and sliding backs for 6x9, 4x5 and 6x8 cameras as well

Hope this helps
