It's good, but would be better a) taken on a D800, and b) with a lighthouse, some foreground rocks & long-exposure on the sea, with a sunset in the background. Apparently.

I really like this image Michael. I like the positioning of the dappling..and love the angle of the light and the way the shadows create replications of elements.The shadow of the dog is beautifully positioned.

What a wonderful narrative that even when walking the dog one can't be detatched from one's phone... texting?? surfing?? emailing??

I hoping to recapture the "event" with the fortchcoming 4D MK I.. rumored to be a 53 Megabyte wonder replete with voice recognition

Without at least a 5 exposure blending and HDR treatment, it's just lacks a certain Ken Rockwell 'pop'.
