Hi everyone - wondering if any readers have sent in an Hxx for service recently? Wondering if the Hassie/Bron USA merger has effected service lead times? mine is a FW connectivity issue, so I'm assuming it'll have to go to Denmark, whci is fine, I just don't want to be without my camera for 2 months. Last time I had an H service it was back to me in 3 weeks which was amazing.

any info appreciated

Not Hxx, but I sent in a V-lens for service.
It was ready in 3 days.

Was your 3 week return including shipping to and from Hasselblad?

fred - yes that was with shipping to Denmark. is the digital back that needs to be serviced. your lens was serviced in NJ, correct?
