I have been told that using a 903 SWC with a CFV back is problematic because of the short distance lens / back.

Does anyone have experience using a 40mm FLE with a CFV39 or CFV50?

Used one with a p45 (same sensor?) with no issues, I would imagine using phocus to process would be even better as any distortions are corrected.
I also have a 40mm for sale in the classifieds  Grin

It's a mint CF FLE so not the one with electronic contacts but has the floating element

It's a low mileage lens that's been cherished, open to an all in (shipped/transfer fees) offer.

In case you use the combo again, Capture One has a lens correction profile (e.g. Distortion, corner sharpness, chromatic aberration) for the Hasselblad 40mm.

That's handy to know, a colleuge uses his with a p45. Probably not aware there's a lens profile for it.

Doug,

Do you know of any place where you can find up-to-date information on the lens profiles included in the Capture One software?

I have sporadically seen this information in the past but I couldn't find it in recent documentation.

Any chance that Phase One will include lens profiles for the Hasselblad HCD 28 and HCD 35-90 lenses?  And for the HC 50mm-II lens?

Hi Dough!

I use this combination and Capture one 6.1.
I see the place in the program where the lenses can be set, but there are no lenses to choose from.
It just says "generic" and "generic ...."

How can I find these profiles?

It's confusing right? For Mamiya/Phase One lenses the list is in the Lens dropdown.

For the Zeiss Contax, Zeiss Hasselblad, and Hasselblad H lenses they appear in the presets dropdown. That is the three horizontal line icon in the top right of the lens correction tab.

Enjoy!
