i1Profiler, Color Eyes Display Pro, or basiCColor for my i1display pro and 2011 17" Macbook Pro and 15" Macbook Pro Retina display?
Thank you!

I found basiccolor produced better profiles for me. Granted, I run Windows. My experience doesn't necessarily indicate which is overall better, could just be with the particular monitors I have.

I'm consistently seeing better results with i1Profiler of these three. Gradients are incredibly smooth especially in the shadow areas that can be so tricky. The built in optimization for the i1DP for various display technologies (CCFL, LED, Wide Gamut, etc) works surprisingly well.

I prefer the BasiCColor with their discus colorimeter. I have used this with my MBP 2011 and Eizo 22" and my new Apple Thunderbolt 27". I got better results than using i1 Profile, but I compared using the i1pro and not the new puck. Keep in mind that BasiCColor is licensed per machine so you cannot profile multiple machines like you can with the i1 Profiler Software and a dongle.

No issues with i1Profiler, very good profiles.
Tried BasICColor display once two weeks ago. All fine except for color artifacts under Final Cut Pro X, resolved by reverting to the i1Profiler profile.
I vote for
i1Profiler
