The attached images are crops from LR4.1 that show the change in hue/saturation of the sky as a result of changing from PV2010 to PV2012. I'm not sure what to make of this.

I assume that this is a straight conversion with no additional processing in PV2012. Because of the adaptive processing in PV2012, the accuracy of the conversion is image dependent and often does not entirely match the PV2010 processing. Have you tried adjusting the converted image?

Highlight tones (esp. ones near the gamut boundary) are rendered differently in PV 2012 to attempt to preserve the original hue of the scene. (PV 2003 and PV 2010 were prone to hue shifts near the gamut boundary / clipping point.)
