Zork Pro Shift Adapter & MFDB for panoramas?

I am looking at using the Zork pro shift adapter with Pentax 67 lenses on a Contax 645 body with a MFDB for stitching panoramas. But have not found any detailed specifications or reviews apart from the skimpy product description on the manufacturers website.
Does anybody have any experiences using this adapter & lens combo on MF body with a MFDB? How do these legacy lenses hold up to use with a digital back and how difficult or easy is it to move the adapter when it is mounted on the camera?
