Learning copy photography and printing

I've bought some of the excellent Lu-La videos and learned a lot from them, but still I think I'd benefit more from something that focuses specifically on my particular area of interest: copy photography and printing for the reproduction of graphic art, mainly paintings. Does anyone here know of such material, whether video, book, whatever...?
