a very specific question for Broncolor

Hi,
Is there any disadvantage to use Broncolor Pulso G4(3200WS) with 1600WS Power Pack(ex_Scoro 1600 s)?
...especially when using those for motion_stop shooting like utilizing 1/8000 s(or 1/10000 s) minimum duration?
And just in case, what would happen if I use a 1600WS head with 3200WS pack at the maximum power setting. other than ruining the tube? Any good guess?
Sorry if this is too much a technical question.
Thanks in advance.

F-stoppers just had an interesting comparison of strobes, including Broncolor, for high speed work, you might look at it?

Thanks. Yes, I'm aware of some discussions regarding this issue. For some reasons, I decided to go with Broncolor. I'm doing some research now for some very specific aspects of Broncolor... especially the aspects of different broncolor flash tubes when combined with fast Bron packs(scoro or grafit) for the fast flash duration setting...

I asked this question to the local importers today. The life of the tube will be shortened but it won't destroy the tube outright.

Thanks for the reply. Interesting. I was imagining that the tube might explode dangerously and/or the head's electric circuit and power pack might be possibly ruined as well.
