As of now, Nikon is not permitting scanned film images in its annual competition. Thoughts?

Nikon makes wonderful cameras and very stupid marketing decisions. Check Thom Hogan for the latest fiasco regarding camera parts. I think most of us who are into Nikon stuff shoot Nikon in spite of the company's marketing rather than because of it. Sadly, their marketing drives away people who could benefit from their equipment.
