Lightroom Display Problem

I have a problem with Lightroom on my Windows 7 computer that I hope someone else has seen and better yet has a solution for. What I'm seeing is that when I have the Information Overlay turned on, within a few minutes/seconds the top of my screen gets "corrupted" - please see the attached screen capture.
I thought it might be my video card but this problem ONLY happens in Lightroom so really I have no idea what's going on. I'd appreciate any help or ideas you guys might have.
Thanks!
Tom

That white box surround with the written info in white looks very close to Raw Therapee's interface display of its thumbnail preview.
You wouldn't happen to have that loaded on your system and/or open?
I don't have a solution, just FYI for others to consider in their response.

First - sweet pic!
Second - yes, what other apps are running, that's usually a bad program.
Past that I would make sure you are running the latest video driver.

I sometimes see that problem when using Lightroom and I usually have Faststone viewer active at the time. I don't see it in Develop but in the Library view. I don't think it is anything to worry about?
