Yes I think it would. The only packages that need the upgrade B are the basic i1 (new spectros) or the old basic, or other OEM like an EFI GMG or other branded spectra.

Monaco Profiler, 4 Gold and Platinum need only this upgrade which is the A version. If you get an i1 Photo2 it will still be at the full publish version with this upgrade, as I understand it.

No like many things Adobe included Europe prices are always higher unfortunately. I didn't find any on Ebay could you post the link?
