Eric, you can't get away without a hand of man, in this case the hand is necessary in order to crop the image and get rid of the out-of-focus and too bright foreground, and some distractions on the left

I've struggled with this one for days, Slobodan. When I first looked at the picture I considered cropping out all or part of the bokeh in the foreground, though I never considered cropping the left side. Your crop is a good one, and I've gone back to it many times since you posted it. But the extremely narrow zone of focus puts my eye on the squirrel, where it belongs, and the composition needs to be looser than the crop allows it to be. I've finally decided not to crop. Opinions abut that may vary, and I can't knock the other point of view, because I almost agree with it. . . but not quite.
