Yes, I agree, but there used to be a lot of excellent images on the front page.

Deserted...no, infused with the spirits of long love and labors. Beauty abundantly ladled over our one earth...and wonderfully preserved to remind genertions to come what once lived here...

Keep the cable. Its line together with the right half horizon form a cone extending off to a far-off space/time, almost a giant ray: the forgotten time from which this scene remains.
