There've been rumours about something like this going into the old Kodak factory in the west end for some time.  Hopefully this one will actually turn out to be true.  They'll have a LOT of work to do renovating the building.  Interesting that on the Donors page, one of the listed 'Companies we are working with' is FujiFilm.  In a Kodak building.
