In addition to being a color meter is this the one that also reads flash duration?

Yes, this is the one!
When you have to stop action with a fast flash duration this is the tool you need.
In addition it's extremely popular with those keen on split personalities.

Interested in your FCC Meter. Got a couple of Questions. Is there somewhere that still Calibrates these Meters? Also, where are you Located?

Hi Zentenam,
I am not a scientist but the meter seems to be very accurate... in that it's readings are valid when we make the suggested corrections.  
I would think Broncolor would handle any calibrations for you.
I'm located near Washington, DC.
