17" wide professional photo printer uses both rolls and sheet paper (single feed or tray). As an amateur I haven't printed very much volume (less than 300' of 16" paper) for a printer that can stand full time production use for several years. The unit is clean and looks almost new. The prints are superb, comparable to any professional custom prints. It produces excellent archival fine art prints for sale or personal use. Inks are about 50% full on average, 110ml cartridges- 8 each. ( it prints well, no plugging issues )
This printer is similar in quality and paper size to the 3880, but because this printer can use rolls, you can print panos as long as you want (well there are some software limits). You also don't have to buy different packs of every size paper and change the paper tray. The printer cuts the paper to whatever length you need for your image. If you do want cut sheets, this printer does both single feed and tray feed).
