Inspired by Simon's sets of photographs from Snowdonia, I thought I'd offer a couple from my local stomping ground, Dartmoor.

Love the second one. Did you do any artificial blurring on the middle section or was there a bit of a breeze blowing across the ridge? Either or, the effect really sets the shot.

A bit of a breeze is close. Howling gale would be closer. 'Twas a cold, windy day, with lots of weather

The third has a bit of an unpleasant atmosphere (by design I think) but the others are quite pleasant and inviting (despite the wind and cold)
Colours and light are very nice, especially 1 and 4.

A fine set!
One thing bothered me, though, never having been to Dartmoor (this is my problem, not yours). All I have read about Dartmoor (Conan Doyle, etc.) has led me always to imagine it in Black and White! So seeing colors there really startled me. So I'd love to see these converted to B&W.

I like B&W4 with the jaggedy cloud reflected in the clitter below, and Beliver in the evening is nice viewed large.

I love the BW ones. To me they express beautifully the terrors I associate (from literature) with wandering on Dartmoor.
