Leaf DP-67 Software for IPAQ

I finally acquired a digital magazine 30G, IPAQ, and accessories needed to tether with the 22wi Valeo, except the fact that I'm having a hard time finding the Leaf DP-67 Software needed to complete the entire setup. Is there a link or download where I can get my hands on this piece of software. I've found one link version of 1.3.1 however, it's directed towards mac iOS

I made an account and attempted to send a support request. There wasn't any option for the DP-67 software. I wrote the issue within the description.
