Moving LR customized features

I am fairly familiar with LR, but now that I want to set up LR on a new computer I realized how much I don't know. How do I move all my customized stuff, e.g., development or printing settings, from the old computer to the new?

Dig around in the presets folders to see where your presets and templates are.
You can copy them and transfer them individually or in bulk.
Just make sure they go back into the corresponding folders in the new iteration of Lightroom.

Alternatively export one image as a catalog and import it into the new iteration of Lightroom.
(This alternative may also bring unwanted baggage with it.)

May I suggest 'LR Backup'

Not only does it backup the catalog, but also ALL the key configuration folders/files (which is more than just presets and templates) from your system.  These can be located where ever you want and then used in migration....or keeping another system consistent with changes made.

I agree.
Moving multiple set ups for collections and collection sets is a pain currently - a clunky workaround requiring exporting and then importing a catalog.
