Olympus 12mm f2: recommended polarizer when using the LH-48 hood?

I am a proud owner of a 12mm f2 Olympus lens, but my old 46mm polarizer is slightly too big to allow for the hood to slide on and off. In order to use the hood and a polarizer, I have to put the polarizer on when the hood is in place - an exceptionally difficult undertaking.

Does anyone have experience with a polarizer that allows the LH-48 hood to be slid on and off?
