i always had a Z3100 and Z3200 which worked with all papers.
now i recently added a used Z6100 for a little bit of bigger work.
i need to find a certain matte paper that is plain and can be glued to acrylic.
there are certain ones we tried that work... like tecco PM230 ..
the thing is: all the matte paper i printed on so far.. wabble so much while printed on that the head scratches! the air doesnt suck enough, or the head is too low or the paper just expands too much while wet.. after it dried down its all good again..
i read in many post to change printhead height and the vacuum within the settings... but for me those are grayed out ?? i do have the latest firmware..
any idea of what to do? thank for reading
