Hardware error Canon iPF8300 44 inch printer, change printhead doesn't solve

Hello,
does anyone ever experiencing the same problem with me, regarding problem with printer Canon imageprograf 8300 with 12 color pigmen ink?

My printer bought a year ago mainly for printing canvas with normal usage (I can't tell the usage exactly but all ink cartrigdes 330ml have already been replaced once each). The print result was fine and there's no sign of any printhead problem yet. But when last week I try to print suddenly the machine display an error on LCD : Hardware problem, turn off printer and turn on again. After I restart the machine the error change to R Printhead error. I contact the local dealer and they have the printhead replaced with a new one but the error remains.

I wonder what causing the error and perhaps there's any similar case please let me know.
