I just purchased an Epson 9900 two weeks ago with a Mirage Rip.. I have a Apple workflow. So far I have been very pleased. Although I have had one problem. Someone dropped off a file of a portrait which was shot on a black background. I have been using Epson Premium Presentation Matte paper and the printer is set to matte black. Everything I have printed as been on this setting and the quality has been excellent. Except this file.. On screen the flesh tones look great, except when I print. The flesh tones are muddy. Any ideas?
Thanks
Steven
