I never really believed these guys could levitate, but it looks as if that woman is convinced now. Great shot, Seamus. The ambiguity is overwhelming.

You find some corkers Seamus! Wish I could see the expression under the mask. Those of the two passersby are a hoot...
..."been there, done that" on the third at rear...gotta love this

I find that the woman seems out of balance, troubled by the floating guy!
Bravo!

I have read that a few Bushmills - never tasted it - can do that to you. This is the kind of image that I hope to capture in the future as a new endeavour in my photography. I like this mostly because of the people on the right with their backs turned almost in disbelief that is mirrored in the old women's face. Well done. I am wondering if Michael would have an exclusive forum for street photography? Anyone agree?

I'd vote for Stamper's motion and Seamus's second. It might be interesting and constructive.

Guys, I notice we're not being trampled upon in the rush to support the motion! Maybe 'Love Those Streets' type of thing might suffice but I think too much good work gets buried in the volume. Anyway, a little corner for street only seemed a good idea at the time.

Goodness me, if you actually require votes, add mine in too! Why can't you simply start one in the same way that I did with Without Prejudice? It's no guarantee that some posters won't post different sorts of images, but at least they will know (and be informed) when they mess up; go for it. I have nothing in the genre to show, really, but I do enjoy looking at work from those who do and can. Good luck with it. Rob C

There's a thread for clouds, vehicles, and now two for trees... why not, as Rob says, start a Street thread?
Mike.

Rob's right and so is Mike. As soon as I get time to do it I'll go through some of my street and start the thread with one of them -- unless Seamus beats me to it.

But RHIR also Seamus. I started one, not well named in the beginning. Now let's see. One problem we're going to have is that anybody can run out and shoot a picture of a cloud or a car or a self-portrait or even a landscape, but a good street photograph is a lot harder to do than, say, Untitled #96 or Rhine II.

Well, which one is it? Perhaps add an invitational initial post with some perimeters/guidelines?
