Too much of the picture is not doing any work for you. It's a good photographic idea in there, but the composition as shown has too much wasted area. The bright pull in at the end of the picture doesn't feature anything particularly interesting. It seems as though if you had walked to a more advantageous spot you might have found a more powerful composition in there.  Make better use of the human that is at the counter.
