It usually is derogatory - a put-down - not for what someone has achieved but, rather, for unwarranted boastfulness. Which is why I suggested that no Scot would ever be biased towards his/her own images.

I certainly wasn't being boastful just honest and as a Yorkshireman that is the only way I know how to be.  Roll Eyes
