!Word / Publisher / CS4

Hello! I want to print some greetings cards - two from a sheet of A4 (e.g. it's like I'm using A5) - and I'm wondering if there are any templates to simplify that for Word 2010 / Publisher 2010 / CS4. The idea is to end up with blank templates with the standard wording on the back, so I can drop in the picture, save as a file and so have ready to print whenever I need some.

For the curious, the pictures are all of cats and kittens, the aim is to let the local cat rescue's shop have a few to sell (I'll keep printing as they sell, if they sell!) and also to try to sell some on the web with a donation from each going to the rescue. And, of course, to get a little self-publicity as the details on the back will be mine...
