Mamiya 645 AFD III / DM28 and Capture One 6 tethering problem

I've tried a few times to tether my Mamiya 645 AFDIII and DM28 back to Capture One Pro 6. Every time, I get an error stating that the Body and Back are incompatible.
The back is set to the 645 body setting. I am new to Capture One but I believe the settings there are correct.
Has anyone had this issue and know what gives here?
I am getting super frustrated with Medium Format quickly..... the cost of this gear and it's big, clunky, and so NOT user friendly. Stay tuned because a brand new rig my be up for sale soon....in exchange for a 1Dx!
Thank you.

Have you set Camera to Mamiya 645 in Preferances in P1?

Yes...."The back is set to the 645 body setting".
It almost seems like the software won't recognize the combo....but the combo works okay when not tethered.

+1, just change the camera body type in
c1 preferences
(not on the camera back itself)
If you have a good dealer of course this is a 10 second phone call, and not all that frustrating...

Capture One menu>Preferences>Capture>Leaf Configuration and select Mamiya 645DF/ AFD
Happy shooting!

Thank you Doug. It's currently set to the 645 body. I also tried the RZ67 body but it didn't work.
